Chef’s Choice is a variety of at least 4 of the 15 garlics that we grow on the farm. These are not our premium bulbs, but rather our culinary sized bulbs. (Smaller than seed stock)

The garlic is labeled to keep you informed! Included would be any of the following- Rocambole, Artichoke, Porcelain, Purple Stripe, Marbled Purple Stripe, Turban and Creole. This is a great way to try different garlic varietals. It also makes a great gift!
